PAYMENTS, REFUND AND DISPUTES

Refund/Dispute

For any claims of refunds or disputes, our team shall open a case to come to suitable decision for both parties involved. By both parties, we mean any representative working on behalf of Social Creatives and the service that was offered and the client. And our decision and judgement on dispute should be regarded as final.

If a client doesn't cancel or ask to cancel the service before the Trial duration ends, they will automatically be charged for the service for 1 month.
